Jin....I think the website will be a blessing. At least the company can share information with their shareholders in a professional and accurate manner. Well, let's hope they can. Why would someone bash a stock for 6 months without any affiliation to a trading firm? Does he own stock? No. Why waste all your valuable time doing what he's doing ? He's not concerned about our well being. He could care less. He wants us to lose so he wins. It's that simple.

So, Can someone help me:

Shares were issued for three purposes:
1. Myriad: how many? I thought it was cash only when the tax bill went through the roof.

2. Pennsylvania acquisition: how many?

3. 12 million loan: what was the price per share. My guess is about 0.20 to 0.40 cents. And I assume these are all in the float. So that add additional 30-50 million shares. That loan price seems to be setting the price of the stock.

Please, any comments?

Plus, the release of the share count of 70 million yesterday with NO explanation was amazing. How can the management of FAMH not understand the impact of such a statement?????
