Fred...you want to sell 1000 abcd at 66. You have every right to have your order displayed on level2, that is it should be 65 15/16 to 66, your offer. Someone comes in, they buy your thousand, now it moves higher.

Part of the problem is that you might not understand L2, marketmaking and the role of the market makers and rules regarding displaying your order. Unfortunately, all that material is buried throughout this thread and on the nasdr and nasdfaq's site.

I would be glad to handle specific questions but for the full course instruction, go back through the thread.
