STILL on TRACK Consistent with his response on the group discussion with him last week, Roger Templeton reiterated to me yesterday that the SB-10 filing will be completed "next week" after they finish "polishing it up". Once the SEC gets it "we are on their timetable depending the amount of Q&A" they will have. Guys, that is only about 5 weeks since we jumped and stayed above $4. Either way, acquisition or straight listing application, this company WILL BE moving to NASDAQ soon with the process starting NEXT WEEK! davidh
