For World-Wide Launch of COLD-EEZE(R) DOYLESTOWN, Pa., May 22 /PRNewswire/ -- The Quigley Corporation (Nasdaq: QGLY - news) today announced that is has agreed to a marketing partnership with Yahoo! Inc. (Nasdaq: YHOO - news) for an advertising program to launch world- wide sales of its patented COLD-EEZER PLUS(TM) cold relief lozenge product. The announcement was made last evening at a securities industry update meeting held by the Company at Madison Square Garden in New York, where the Company is the national sponsor for the Garden's production of ''The Wizard of Oz.'' COLD-EEZER PLUS(TM) is a version of the Company's COLD-EEZE(R) lozenge which is offered in a family-size package and is designed for cold and allergy relief. The product will be sold via the Internet at an established unit price of $19.95. This will include world-wide delivery provided by U.S. Postal Service Global Priority Mail. The Internet marketing program will feature on-line shopping and an advertising banner on the popular Yahoo! search engine as well as a secure credit card ordering system. The program will be launched in approximately forty-five days.
