I think that a great many people on this thread owe you an apology.
You will have to wait until hell freezes over to receive them in any order as I note that you wanted them in alphabetical order.
Interesting how quickly Section 17 is forgotten.
Section 24 is the new flavor of the month.
No-one is bothering to read it though and I cannot understand why anyone could think that it has the remotest chance of being successful.
