Tom, First of all thank you very much for your very informative post. It was great since I was really waiting for some substantial information for what reasons the company seemed to miss their targets. Most of my questions you answered already with one single post. However, one important point is still open and I really would be glad if you can give some information about it - the acquisitions. Revenues and earnings of DNA were significantly lower than originally announced, what gives me the impression that the company paid more than what was necessary. Did they say something about it? Secondly, did they say something about the Malaysian acquisition, what that company is exactly doing (do they produce high end or low end capacitors ?) and which customers they have? I have to admit that my believe into this company was substatially reduced. Your report lets shine a different light on it. Maybe I should invest not more money but more trust into the management and into the company. Thanks again! Ralph
