My point is that, ethical and political issues aside, what makes the story "interesting" to people on Main Street USA is not that Pres. Clinton signed the waiver against the advice of the State Dept., but that he signed the waiver for a company whose CEO was the largest individual donor to the DNC.

You make it sound like a coincidence.

Fundraising is what Clinton presidency is about. That's where they excel. It's the single activity that is taking most of Clinton's time (besides covering up the various "gates").

It is yet another stretch to ask us to believe that the Fundraiser in Chief would take time off his busy fundraising schedule to read State Department regulations and selectively override some.

But, with this guy, you never know. There are some people out there who believe that he didn't inhale. There are others who don't mind that the president on a regular basis looks them in the eye and lies.
