So, I guess the reverse is true? When the stock moves up 20 points the analysts can again upgrade the stock. BTW from AMR May 20, 1998 Oracle Announces General Availability of Oracle Applications Release 11 At Oracle Applications User Group Conference (OAUG), Oracle Corporation unveiled Oracle Applications Release 11. Release 11 spans manufacturing & supply chain, financials, human resources, and front office. This new release will focus on six areas: Flow Manufacturing; Rapid, One Step Planning; Global Consolidation System; Workflow-Driven Self-Service; End-to-End Competency Management; and Customer Management System. Release 11 supports 29 languages and is Euro-compliant. Both NT and UNIX environments are supported. Oracle is also touting a new Application Implementation Wizard shortening the time required to go live.
