My guess is still that the short interest represents presold stock
for a pending secondary offering and therefore doesnt mean much of
anything except there will be a secondary... However, this is good
as there is not enough stock to make it a good play by the funds. I
am sure the market depth and activity will pick up greatly after the
stock issue increases...Gil
