Checking out ILSR - Interactive Lighting Showrooms They have an interesting concept where they allow new home buyers to work the price of expensive fixtures into the mortgage. Their software program breaks down the cost and allows them to add these lighting upgrades into their mortgage so it works out to maybe $5.00 a month. Estimated 1 million new homes being built in the U.S. this year. I think ILSR will be reporting earnings soon.
