the speculation is in the multiple and valuation. DELL is more properly valued at about 1/2 of it mkt cap right now.

The "bulletproof fundamentals" are retrospective. The mkt looks forward. Like I told you guys, tops are made when everything looks its best. Due to the decreasing margins per unit, slowing growth, and general mkt conditions in the PC mkt, the stock is selling off.

You're right though. If this co was $30, I'd be abuyer of the stock based on what I saw in the F/S. Margins were good, rev up, etc. I don't like all the buybacks financed by debt and employee options, but that's a pervasive problem that we can discuss later.
