After all this new I find it unbelievable that the first trade today was a sell at $22 and now at $25. Just boggles my mind. Even now at $30 MIDLP is a bargain. Wish Gabard a long and healthy life. SOme day we all come to GA.

If the 2 ex-officers have been terminated by the company they may be under NO 144 restriction to their selling. If they are restricted by Rule 144 in their selling I believe that they are not complying with Rule 144 because I see just too much selling from 1 market maker (Meyers). If you have a warrant count could you please advise how many you believe are still for sale - Thank you. BTW - you did A GREAT JOB on this one - My congratulations to you.

Gary, the funniest thing here is that they seem to sell the common with MARKET ORDERS (0.84 when the BID was 0.87). So either there are some people out there selling who WANT the common down, OR there are blunt amateurs who are "happy" either to have made a nice little profit up from 0.50 or some daytraders were caught who bought in at $1.40 .. If You are correct that MIDL is being down ticked with all buys, THEN I might have a reason for this. MMs might want to get the common down to load up MIDLP first !! best wishes CROSSY

GaBard; Your right we know whats going on. Barry as far as manipulation all one had to do was watch the trading today while the you know what pumped the price up to 1.50 and .60 on low volume and then banged it down to shake shares. I have watched this stock for 8 Months and I know what is going on for myself if you question certain things then don't buy it. Myself as well as Gary dont give a flip since all that counts is the viability of DF-144 all other scenarios have no meaning.
