Troopers,

How confused are you this morning? There are two completely different views about yesterday's hearing. The spin doctor's and hired guns are doing their job - that's what they get paid big bucks to do.

It is a matter of credibility. Who should you believe? That's up to you to decide.

I will confirm that I was in the court room yesterday. Not one of the many TTRIF posters on the forums were present. I guarantee you that. So ask yourself where there information is coming from. What is the source of the information for these posters?

There was a young man there on behalf of his brother who held shares in one of the two companies, he wasn't asked which - it didn't matter. He told us that really didn't know anything about either company and it was the first time in his life that he was in a real court room.

I have read Robert Pool's report on yesterday's events and in my opinion, Mr. Pool was accurate and fair. That's pretty much the way I saw and heard yesterday's proceedings. Trooper's news release is also a good summation of the hearing.

I have also read the Update to Management issued by Thermo Tech and I have no problem in stating that it is as accurate as any of the news releases the company has issued over the last year or two including US Filter, its financings and the number of plants it will have up and running by today's date.
