Why would I want to read Erasmus' book? I already am very careful about the oils I use, and use them fairly sparingly. The fats in processed foods are particularly nasty, and a reason I hardly ever eat anything processed. Anyway, I proved my point, which is that I was RIGHT about the Irish diet and their health risks, and RIGHT about palm and palm kernel oil. Is there something else you would like to argue about just for fun? I had two LARGE coffees this morning at the Diamond Heights Java City, and am in a feisty mood!!!
