Jim,your patience to hold RECY and add to your position on dips has been an inspiration to me and one I am using with DHI.I was just this afternoon with my broker restructering the family trust and we were discussing DHI and agressively averaging down--and I said if you do your homework,believe in the fundamentals,you simply have got to paper the down turns of the vagaries of market dynamics,if we just play a careful hand,we don't make big money--risk,is risk,is risk. BTW,Amigos and all,ValueLine is now rating the Homebuilders the second best for timeliness to buy.Max90
