Well, to even find disciplinaries out on anyone or any trader, you have to do a lot of research. Better to have a public board where irrate investors could add their top 5 or so, and it would be a public warning to the next round of people being pumped on that particular stock. Come on, read threads of the general crowd who comes here and you'll find the same disaster and no news for years and a stock almost out of play. IF there was a system of warning, which the SEC SURE AS HECK has no part of and doesn't care, as you say, then why not a private system of warning. XXXX, for instance, one of the guys starting it had a criminal record. Had already done time on stock fraud. Things like that. Have to check that for accuracy before saying which one. Interesting stuff from irrate investors who have been taken. It would be a great thread to vent, if nothing else. But put it on the search engines world wide to feed in. Thta's possible now. Things are possible that were never dreamed of even 5 years ago. But news promised month after month after month, something is very wrong, obviously. People should not be encouraged to get into stocks where people constantly have to call and even then are not sure the company is not shut down except that they are still trading. It's just too darn weird, and must become a public watch dog thing, with the public posting warnings to the potential investors who are only listening to pump and dumpers. I'm not sure this fits, but it is a classic example of what you DON'T want to be invested in, isn't it? A company that simply keeps telling you "we're still doing business.". And not what, where, when or why? That's the domaine of totally private companies owned by one guy that can kick his employees if he wants and throw inquiring people off his property. That's NOT what you do when you make money from people investing in you. This is so purely logical of course it does not need explanation here or anywhere. But yes, a public www thread, not just SI is needed.
