Thanks Bill, been doing a lot of studies lately on historical volatility...You have to get Connor's new book, Advanced Trading Strategies...It is excellent...

I took 10th place in the contest out of 800 traders....I would have gotten 5th if they would have ended it today instead of Tuesday, but they felt they had to since the Satellite transmission got messed up with DTN and you couldn't get in or out of present positions...
I had WAVX in my portfolio and it was just starting its move on Tuesday, would have had another 200,000 on that trade alone...I won my division of 25 traders so I get $250.00 bucks for that, $200 bucks for 10th place, and $75.00 for taking 4th in percentage profits for one week...

A word of wisdom if you decide to enter...You won't be able to win if you are on your monitor like I am for 1 1/2 hours a day..(except Fridays) The day traders that took home the 10,000 and 5,000 prizes were on their monitors all day long, and were following my strategy, ride a $2.00 momentum stock for all its worth, and close out at end of day or if finish strong close out first thing next day...I just couldn't compete with them, because when I spotted these stocks at noon hour, they had already made a major jump, so I was left back in the dust....But I am pleased with the results, and I now know I can trade with the best of them, and beat them, if I only had the time...

Regards, Mark
