Thats funny s martin, I speak with Riley everyday, and he expresses to me that "when the money comes, it comes". We are also aware that Puhr is securing other financing , whether it be thru third-party loan or whatever, in the event the investor cannot fullfill his obligation in the time. RMIL is also attempting to secure financing itself for other options in the event RMCW is unsuccessful in finalizing the merger in the near future. Have you seen an 8K that suggests otherwise? We do know, either way, we will commence trading with an audited 10K and the float in Name Form. There is a deadline set for the 10K, the financials are completed and an auditing firm is being aquired to audit them which should take 2 weeks time. Maybe your "informants" have been too busy hacking web sites for shareholders personal & confidential information to inform you of such. Pugs
