Novice Bob and CVIA Thread,

I bought my first CVIA batch last Nov and have added to it four other times based on conversations with CVIA management and Press Releases updating the merger "progress". I held every share long and never flip flopped based on weekly volatility.

As of today, I am no longer a CVIA shareholder having sold all at a significant % loss. There are better investing opportunities currently available and feel that CVIA/WOTD has not been forthright with their stockholders.

I will keep lurking and supporting this thread and may even buy back in if CVIA/WOTD starts defining themselves to the shareholders (in an equitable fashion).

Novice Bob, post your e-mail again please if you still want info on present and past shareholders.

GJC

BTW -
Right now, I'm being overwhelmed following the MIDL trilogy...

****SI THREAD

Today there was alot of progress made with the legal negotiations, to be honest I am slightly amazed at the things as they are transpiring.

There will be some very very good changes in the very near future, like next week. All of them are Pro Share holder. Everyone of the options CVIA/Jack has been given to consider are to restore the value to our stock with little or no down side it is all upside from this point. Jack is the CEO it is up to him how he wants to correct CVIA's problems. So I don't have any inside information.

Now I am not going to post any more about this issue, because Jack has gotten the point and it would serve no purpose to provoke, insult or distract him. He knows the options and has no room to consider any more anti share holder moves.

I cannot post any more on this subject, because I do not want to jeopardize any of the GAINS and CONCESSIONS made today in anyway. So please don't ask me questions I cant answer, so far I have done exactly what I said I would and how I would do it... so you guys are just going to have to take me at my word on this issue, this time.

I like Dave Lee's idea lets speculate about the next "pretend" merger and keep our minds off, of whats on Jacks mind <g>

Jack I wish you had'nt taken things to this point, until April 14, you had a great group of investors that loyally supported you, by the same token I wish you would have listened to us, as opposed to pitting us against you.
