Thanks for the link. Yes, I agree, but was thinking predominantly about consumer markets. There are a few little gems in Win98 that go under noticed. I am thinking particularly of the WaveTop bundling from Wavephore's point to multi-point data distribution using PBS' vertical blanking intervals. With the cost of online access beginning to creep up (http://www.techweb.com/nplusi/news0505e.html), this may come more into play.

Secondly, I think MSFT will make a bigger splash about Win98 to the consumer because of Sept 8 court date, if for no other reason than to gain sympathy in the consumer mind and to lay statistics of sales before the judge.

I am just ruminating here.
