Rick This is a very disappointed NR. After a rollback expect another 30% drop and then directors issue a load of cheap options for themselves, diluting the earlier holders. Why did these f#@$%&** directors wait so long to come up with a new prospect? Losers!!! If the public are held most of the stock then I would expect they would obviously vote against this share consolidation. I think the SH should fire all these directors at the annual meeting because they just don't give a damn about this company.
