JEFF I learned my lesson on OTC stocks and play warrants only listed stocks. Most OTC are strictly a gamble that promotes swindling. Look at the spread % on the trading today. It was market makers playing against people. Some will be lucky and make money. Hope you are one of them. The reissue of Preferred shares with a split is because they cannot pay the dividend due. The wisdom of the market is to sell on the news and buy later if you still want it.
