I'm not sure I understand your question. Obviously if you fit none of your categories you would be fairly normal. Once you added mental illness, you widened the field to be all-inclusive---what else is there? It's possible to be born lacking the ability to feel empathy. We have dear friends whose third child was born "different". He is incapable of understanding that others have feelings. Is this a mental illness? I would think in a way-it's sociopathic. They are wonderful parents and it's heartbreaking to watch their struggle to deal with him.
Will he grow up to be a murderer? I don't know, but there's a stronger likelihood than average that he will hurt someone. That is what I mean by born to be bad, which was a perhaps too flippant way of saying they are born with some misfiring synapses that have nothing to do with parenting. But once you included mental illness, I'd say you covered me.
Was that the question?
