RLM, I have posted the same book value number on Msg# 3209.

If you look at company's 10-Q report dated on 5/8/98,

Total stockholders' Equity = 395,066,000
Outstanding Shares = 48,323,000

you can come out Book Value = 395,066 / 48,323 = $8.18

Sorry about my mistake, I do notice that there is $0.07 difference
between the 10-Q's report and Smith Barney's research paper, but
I don't think it is a big deal.
