According to Sedar they have 15 million out after the private placement last year. They currently have around $15 million in the bank which gives them about $1/share cash value minus the cost of the current drill program ($1-2 million). Insiders own around 10% that can be traced. Who knows were the other shares are held.

If you want to talk about being burnt,I bought in at .74 a couple of weeks ago and sold at .91 for what I though was a nice profit. I only bought in based on the small number of shares out and the cash value. I'm in again at $1.01 today based on the results. Sold half at 1.89 and will let the rest ride for the next set of drill result. If they are all around the same hole they should be fairly good

The last time SJD released results like this Bob Bishop issued a fax release (July 1997). I'm suprised there wasn't one today. I can't find out where all they hype is coming from. Anyone else know.

Best Regards
