ref: MIDLW..

I have spoken to the transfer agent and they
were not able to give me a firm date; though
I suspect it will be shortly after the annual
meeting scheduled for May 29th...
we'll see.

Kentoo ... The resolution for the news release reducing the warrant exercise price from $1.00 to $0.50 has not hit the Transfer Agent yet but will be there by tonight I am told. The TA is presently ordering more certificates and Tuesday you can exercise the warrants. Just a bit of a delay because of the resolution not being there. This is a new transfer agent.

Call your broker to exercise the warrants and your broker will then take money out of your account and send it to the DTC. the DTC will send it to the transfer agent then the transfer agent will sent it to the company ... Now was the check clears the transfer agent will be notified and the stock certificate will be sent back or call for your warrant cerificates and follow the instructions and send in .50 per warrant to exercise for common stock.

Simple as that.

I have verified this though my brokers, the company and so forth. The warrants are already register and all the transfer agent needed was the resolution and is ordering certificates now since he is out of certificates.

This is why exercising the warrants is the key. It basically calls for certificate on common and reduces the warrant float.

Hope this helps
