ErgoBilt Announces Change in Management

DALLAS, May 26 /PRNewswire/ -- ErgoBilt, Inc., (Nadsaq: ERGB) announced today that a resolution of certain management and Board of Directors issues has been achieved, and that Gerard Smith has resigned as ErgoBilt's President and CEO, but will act as a consultant to the company and remain a director.

ErgoBilt has engaged Bahr International, Inc., a turn-around consulting firm, to assist ErgoBilt with operations of the company. Mr. C. Charles Bahr III, the chairman of Bahr International, assumed the duties of acting CEO this morning. Mr. Bahr has spent over 20 years of his career as a turnaround management consultant, which includes operating a number of manufacturing companies, and
management of a company in the office furniture industry. Mr. Bahr is one of the originators of the Turnaround Management Association, and holds an MBA from Harvard Business School.
