I agree that it is management's job to find oil not pump the stock.

However, when they say a press release is imminent and then don't release it, when they make statements on the telephone which apparently the regulators won't let them say publicly & when they give wildly different indications of what they have found, then shareholders have a right to be kept informed.

Would D & D issue a report recommending purchase if they were not given information from the company? Not likely. If they were given information why weren't shareholders given the same information?

As I said before, hopefully management is just a bit disorganized and harried, not deliberately giving selective information to different people.

I've never heard of Dominick & Dominick Securities. Are they from the U.S.? I sure hope you are right about the release coming this week.
I bought this stock based on your statements that were also confirmed by Chuck. However, I agree with Igor that when a company states they will put out a news release, I expect them to do just that. Otherwise, it puts their credibility at risk.
