I agree that it is management's job to find oil not pump the stock. However, when they say a press release is imminent and then don't release it, when they make statements on the telephone which apparently the regulators won't let them say publicly & when they give wildly different indications of what they have found, then shareholders have a right to be kept informed. Would D & D issue a report recommending purchase if they were not given information from the company? Not likely. If they were given information why weren't shareholders given the same information? As I said before, hopefully management is just a bit disorganized and harried, not deliberately giving selective information to different people. igor
