Jeff have you DD with Exxon to verify what this will do to enhance rev for MIDL? Can you get get financial information from a reliable CPA who has verified their books. Your success reminds me of the typical gambler. He loses he goes back to recover his money. He wins big and that is so easy he can get rich if he uses his head. He sooner or later gets greedy again even tho he sould have learned like you say you have. If you DD well enough to make big gains on OTC consistently you would be better off playing futures on NYSE well established companies. The odds are stacked againt you in OTC stocks. I got lucky on day trading on CCEE a couple years ago. I had real time quotes and it still dropped 25 % of the money made in jsut a matter of a couple of minutes. Waterhouse phone busy and dropped while calling in to sell. I didn't learn and thought boy with percentages like that I can really make some dough by day trading. Some do real well. Those people rarely buy OTC. Since I had so litle to use investing I started on the
warrant kick. Then had three companies bankrupt on cooked books. Two I was loaded in with over 7,000 shares. I had talked to the CFO the week before at KRAN. He assure me they were merging with a company that would double their revenue. He left right after my call for a long planned visit to Italy to visit relatives. The stock crashed overnite on the Friday I called again and was informed of the vacation. I checked D.& B. and found they hadn't hadn't paid suppliers andhad an injunction for them not to sell any more inventory. I never called D&B due to cost until I felt it worth it. I am convinced you should pursue sources outside the company for the proper due diligence. Krantor is at at it again claiming to have a great money making cigar co. in Havana bought out and reported big earnings increase last quarter. Give them your best DD and see what you come up with. I reported two cases of out and out fraud to SEC and have never heard another word on either.

The mafia is infiltrating these OTC stocks and setting up broker houses in states to cold call with hype on these type stocks. There are reported cases of this. But all after the fact.

Be careful and don't get hooked. Seems to me you got the gambling bug which turns into a deadly disease. Don't put much money in any of them. I still hold FTEL which was a big lie promoted with news releases while Frank the CEO was unloading a penny stock for and 10 bucks. He made millions and I suckered in for a 6,000 loss. If you lucked into a deal like this quit while you are ahead.
