Baird, I agree about the need to do some trading in this market. The OSX is little changed this year but has made 5 round trips from oversold to overbought and back to oversold since late December. The sector is simply in a trading range. Sooner or later, we may go into a sustained bull move since the fundamentals are so compelling. It is just hard to see that in the face of so many negatives like Asia, crude prices, declining Big Oil profits and an overpriced general market. I hope we are all nimble enough to catch the big run when it comes but in the interim, profits can be made. I am actually beating the general market with this sector YTD and I will put my lack of knowledge about trading up against anyone. A buy and hold strategy would have caused 75% of my profits to evaporate. Good luck, John
