The only way I was able to get to gritch was to use Sun's Hot Java Browser as Rubberman suggested.

java.sun.com

I just use HotJava for isld book, still use Netscape for everything else. Others have reported that Netscape should work, but I got tied of futzing with it.

Are you using IE or Netscape? If Netscape then maybe you need to follow the previous post. As to the puzzle, I don't know what that is. For me, as soon as I clicked on the link it asked if I wanted to DL components, from there it went automatically to the install.
