Looks like after today, the momentum is now in favor of those long in Vivus. We should at least see a gradual increase in stock price based on increasing script numbers and sales growth in international markets. A buyout announcement or a Viagra recall would no doubt send this baby back to the 20's very fast. I don't care how we get there as long as we get there but the sooner the better.

Alien, thanks for the advice sounds good to me! Let's follow the progression down the logical path: Likely: Several vultures announce class action lawsuits against PFE and flood Yahoo with daily press announcements. No defamation intended against honorable Mr. Stang. Ascensio announces that PFE fails the 2kg weight test and causes mass death. Many shorts join the action. Junk Science and trash TV create exposes on the Sex/Death Pill. Possibly but doubtful: Legislation is created to PROTECT the American public. Pfizer makes some sort of retraction/withdrawal/correction. Your thoughts on preferring a local solution to a systemic solution are good ones. Not all cultures think like Americans. If Pfizer crashes and burns, which I doubt because they have a large product line and strong pipeline, I will more than make up for my losses with gains in VVUS. I should have thought of placing bets on all players long ago.
