John,
I have similar concerns. Arif apparently still owns a ton of shares and each time he issues some shares he apparently received an equal amount so that he still controls the company. (maybe)

I don't know if that's true but when the share count was 24 million and the float was 10 million he didn't own that many shares. What has Arif done to allow him to issue all the shares if he has issued them to himself?

The new accounting firm is supposed to be able to answer these questions until the new CFO takes charge (but that will be a while). I would like to see the total shares reduced dramatically.

All is not well on the FAMH front, but it may be getting better.

Looking for accountability. leroyt

I would think that as long as the shares are in his or corporate name there is very little chance of release to the float. Many CEO's can opt to take stock in lieu of cash for payment of services. It's legal and not as taxable.

The share issue held by Mr. Adam is, IMO, not an issue to be concerned about.

I still maintain, after yesterdays conference call, that I'm really comfortable with the projected plans of operation of this company.

To back up my feelings I bought 23,295 more shares today. I really believe. Of course I've done my own dd.
