Hey, I'm really delighted to hear that!! I felt pretty alone on that one! And boy, yes, only in cases of abuse and neglect. Although it's going to get tough to decide what constitutes neglect....I don't know why we have come so far from adoption. I guess because the social sanctions aren't there anymore and we support illegitimacy financially. Can we do somehting about that? Maybe Jack (our third party candidate)will put us in charge of Human Services? Oh wow. I can see people screaming now. We can threaten the parents that if they don't do what we tell them, they'll be turned over to Alex and Holly, co Directors of the Penal System. We can make this work!
