Eric - I think there is one other way Ed might be able to do what he wants:

If you have FrontPage, or something equivalent, you can put yourself in edit mode and change a web page while both of you look at it. At the same time you can be using some kind of web voice and video on the other monitor. There are all kinds of other possibilities.

If you know Access, you can tie it to your web page and update the page from a database on you computer thus allowing anyone that can access the web to see database changes from you computer. I think this is used widely by people like travel agents that want you to see the latest listings, etc.
