I could not in a lifetime tell what I think about that. I would have to have a reasoning mind to explain my views of how it was contrived. My God don't you know if anything like they describe happening at the crucifixion would spread the whole world and have the attention of all the world recording their view of it. I know Paul bitterly fought Peter for the very thing I defend. I know that without Paul being changed and added to the canon by the Nicene council it would have never got its foot in the door for it was forced on people under threat of death to believe any other way. The Romans invented the bible as a means of supporting their brutal slavery and taxation. Remember its its in the bible. Jesus said when asked for an opinion on justice of paying tax he replied render unto to Caesar etc. Pretty dam convenient way to bilk the people. Create a devil to do their dirty work of collecting tax. Threatening eternal punishment since they couldn't get by with killing non believers forever. Arrius Piso never intended for this to continue for ever. After he subdued all of Europe he wrote Revelations to end it. There is code after code written in this book that nobody on this thread can interpret.

Gee Ann these Jesus people do get upset when questioned. They do make me rejoice. __________ That I don't live in Salem and wasn't a Jew in Hitlers domain. Just another little tidbit to be thankful for. If God had all the money given for him there could be no world poverty. It just transferred money to the priesthood from well meaning good hearted peope. I gues Jim Baker paid the penalty same as Jesus did so the rest can rely on forgiveness in the name of Jim. A former rich intermediate.
