No, i don't believe that is the only reason. I also don't doubt that many of the shares were used to grow the company. But a bunch of them sure weren't used for anything other than to move Arif's holdings from the 12MM he used to own to the nearly 40MM he owns today...

Earlier posts have stated that financial information cannot be given in a CC because it needs to be given to the public and a CC doesn't qualify. If that is the case how can Arif say the number of O/S in a CC. Why can he say the 1997 numbers are "better" than .1085, but cannot say the exact number or how they were derived. I still don't understand how anyone can say they have turned the corner or cleaned up their act. You don't have any more hard facts with the new guy than you did with Ira. Has anyone noticed that their recent press releases don't really talk about the business they are in. These are the people running your company. You will all get an eye opener, IMO, at next weeks conference call. This auditing company will do everything, but answer your questions. Any guesses on how many shares will be outstanding by the next CC? Does anyone know how many shares Arif received of the jump from 50 to 70 mil? If he got 1/2 or 10 mil, he just gave himself $2.9 mil in value. Does he pay for these?
