Does someone have a copy of the FAX that Arif prepared last night?

First, it clealy stated (from what I recall) that FAMH issued shares to the management of Myriad. I think you're not up to date, Cheryl.

Second, it stated shares were issued for the $12 million line of credit.

I'll try to find the FAX that was posted earlier.
