It always amazes me how the same event plays out time after time.
People love a stock when it's near or at it's high and hate it and want to sell at it's low. Bullish at the tops, bearish at the bottoms. I know this is very typical human behavior but it is what makes up the stock market. But folks this kind of behavior will cost you many opportunities, you must sit back and assess what has happened, and make an unemotional decision. 1. Has the basic fundamentals of this company changed? 2. Is the future earning/revenue stream suffered or been damaged? Has there been a massive management shakeup? Has the basic investment theme (Y2K) of this company been discredited.
Ladies and gentlemen the answer to these questions are a strong NO!
I recall posting awhile back that if a large institution decided to go for the door that the stock would get hit hard. People scoffed at me of the very thought of this happening. Well, it's happening and you see the result. The mighty CK Houston gave me a lot of gas when I told her that I was concerned and she accused me of trying to scare the thread into selling their stock.
I do not want to stir up trouble with CK, she is a brilliant student of equity research and is one of the reasons that I am a stockholder in Tava. But the reality of investing in the small-cap market is that it is fast moving and full of land mines that can explode under your feet at anytime.
Now, what do you do, and what is happening at present. There is a large seller still unfinished in Tava IMHO. Tava is starting a road show soon and should bring in some good buying with the stock in this area. Do not be bearish in this area!!! The stock has been damaged and will take time to recover but IT WILL RECOVER.... THIS Y2K DEAL IS NOT OVER!! COMPANIES HAVE TO DO REMEDIATION.... TIME IS RUNNING OUT. THIS STOCK WILL MAKE YOU MONEY.... DO NOT BE LIKE SO MANY WALL STREET SHEEP AND BUY AT TOPS AND SELL AT BOTTOMS. THIS STORY IS INTACT!!!
