To all: Here information from the FAX sent out by Arif last night:

"The increase in the shares is due to restricted stock issued to
management, stock issued to buy Myriad and the Delaware operation and
additional stock issued to collateralize the 12 million-dollar line of
credit." I took this from someone else's post but Anna Love verified to me that Arif prepared it last night.

We have three categories:
1. restricted stock issued to management.
2. stock issued to buy Myriad and the Delaware operation
3. additional stock issued to collateralize the $12 million loan.

Now, Item (1) we don't know how much or why?
Item (2), I assume, means stock was issued to the previous owners.
Item (3) is the very unknown. It the shares are issued as collateral then -- are they in an "escrow" type account and issued to the lender as the credit line is used. If so, how much of the credit line is used? What is the share price associated with issued shares?

Item (1) and Item (3) are of great concern to me.

more later, leroyt
