Sorry Zeev, there was no letter from the US Patent office was referred to in the court room. But Mr. Cumming did confirm that the Patents were not issued.
I don't know what happened to the so called letter.

Zeev the Patents still appear to be in the application stage, and this since Aug. 1996.

Apparently the Patent information becomes public once it is applied for, please correct me if I'm wrong.

In the court room Mr. Lunny made reference to the fact that he had them in his possession, I'm not 100% sure if he was referring to the ones applied for in 1996.
