Thanks, Holly. It's off ta' home with me to heal a wicked rhinovirus. Oh and that voice is telling me - again, mind you - to clean all the guns. I've learned to ignore my resident demon. After the little ectoplasmic bunghole told me to buy CUBE. Okay, make that an intranet terminal. Not World Wide Web. Give the convict access to a library whose content is... controlled. No porn, no lawyer yellow pages. No SI even. This is my alternative to a library using real books. As for prisoners' rights - I don't know when or how this changed. I don't even know what to lament. The legal professionals among us probably know, and can tell us that the changes were as Byzantine as anything else having to do with the judicial system.
