Yes, Arif can certainly return the shares to the company for cancelation and have them removed from the OS. Shouldn't have been done in the first place when the stock price was declining and under pressure. Bad short and long term business move. IMHO.

That's a good question. Looks like of the 50 million issued, Arif may have received HALF of them.

Maybe there is something he can do? It looks like he has issued shares to continue holding over 50% of the shares.

I will find out more next week, hopefully, from the accouting firm. I spoke to Anna Love today and she gave me the phone number for them.
