IMO:

It sounds to me like we are over analyzing the current situation here.
Far as I can see, Ira got caught with his pants around his ankles, when the boss dropped by. The current regime seems like they are trying to put the house in order.
They answered the hard questions right out of the gate. That's what we wanted, right?
They appointed an auditing firm and an intermediate CFO. That's what we wanted, right?
So far I have not an iota to complain about.
Ira was trying to run one scam after an other, and we were hoping we would benefit. You had to be very nearsighted not to see that.
So, as far as the share count is concerned, we have what I believe to be an accurate one.
Let's base our calculations on those numbers.
Let FAMH get their house in order, finish financials, release the info to EDGAR, and do their job.
After they have finished doing all this, we can ask for a buyback, share reduction, share cancellation, what have you.
Let's see what they are made of first before we attack them with demands.

Just my opinion, I've been wrong before.
