After all the money he lost on paper in the last few days, perhaps the effect has become clear to him and he will come to that logical conclusion himself. They also need to state how many shares were assigned for the collateralization of the $12m LOC and get them back, if they haven't already been retrieved. As I recall, Ira told us that they got, or were getting back, those shares and that they were not in the float but reserved. If that happened, and Arif did not understand that when he elaborated in the CC, yesterday, then he needs to readjust the OS downward and announce the new lower number by Tuesday. I think this is a real possibility. They also need to make a gesture and buy back a few million out of cash reserves. Now is the hour for bold leadership. __________ You da man! (Fill in the blank.) People have said this dilution means you own a smaller share but of a bigger company. yada yada yada......someone says..... I also don't doubt that many of the shares were used to grow the company. But a bunch of them sure weren't used for anything other than to move Arif's holdings from the 12MM he used to own to the nearly 40MM he owns today... Does this mean Arif has it both ways..a bigger share of a bigger Company......... Yoccm......my head aches......
