Cool Ramsey! Man, you Chinese sure do know how to disallow. Okay, I'll be arriving in the USA shortly to inspect the USA Presidential Palaces, as well as Camp Pendleton [where I already scored 17:20, boasting again, on my first skeet shooting expedition]. Now that the USA is so pro democracy, and there are 5000000000 aliens, guess who is going to have the votes when China requires world-wide democracy? This is going to be fun. And we can all have cdmaOne handsets, with Web browsers based on Unwired Planet [= MightyQ] built in to communicate anywhere, anytime. We'll probably be forced to include $ill's browser too. And Netscape's. And all the other browers. Not to mention all ancillary software from all companies. And in all languages too. Okay, first I want to check out and destroy nuclear weapons. Please arrange for these to be ready for inspection - the Aussie Iraqi inspector is experienced in handling resistant regimes, so opposition is futile. Bye the bye, do the democracy lovers fully appreciate that democracy is just a word for mob rule? I don't think the ugly history of mob rule has anything specially great about it that all countries should adopt it as the political system. Got the numbers? Okay make any rule you like! Keep in mind that India and Bangladesh are democratic. But lack capitalism. USA has capitalism and democracy. China might just do very well because civilisation and capitalism are the main drivers of human development and capitalism implies respect for personal property by states. Which leads to personal rights. Mob rule is not necessary for good progress. Hong Kong didn't have any democracy and it did really well. No resources, just a pile of people. Democracy does seem to keep things on track though. More or less. Great rant Ramsey... Mqurice
