David: I didn't "say" that you made the offer to anyone. (BTW..was that anyone ..anyone or was that anyone..anyone, you were referring to??) Post 46958 3rd paragraph: Blah Blah Blah...if you buy all of J. Harrington's shares (at 1.25 minimum). I was merely pointing out that you did not specify per share , thus what ever was paid as long as it was more than 1.25 would have filled your requirement. So....I am right and you are wrong.. Just ask anyone. ;-)
