Metastock is a very good charting program. WOW is better in the system testing area. MSWIN offers more options and features in charting. WOW leads in the quantity sold but many people prefer MSWIN. They both offer several models at different price points. I believe demos are available on each so that you can look at them before you make the decision. go to each of their websites and do your own evaluation.

I see this question come up every once in a while here. Just how much difference is there in the cost of "Deluxe" and "Pro"? I have never used anything but the Pro version, so I really don't know all the features it has that Deluxe doesn't. But, it would seem to me that the logical choice would have to be the PRO version for anyone who is getting serious about trading. The difference in cost would certainly be covered by the first successful trade anyone would make. If you were going into combat and had the option of carrying a sling shot or a howitzer, would the difference in cost matter? Trading is combat... believe me! Spend the bucks. Good luck, Ken
