That is my understanding. (Steve O. could confirm.) As I understand it, this first 2 million warrants would take a $10 stock price to get dilution of 1 million shares (assuming unexercised). That is trivial
2% dilution at a price 2 1/2 times the current level, and zero dilution now.

Thank you, Richard. We are talking about earnings reporting on diluted bases. Once the warrants are issued, the earnings are reported diluted. It is a fact not an analysis.
