Laz,
I don't think a reverse split is being considered. What practical purpose would it serve? The float is controllable (sp) and a listing is still a ways off.

IMO MR. Adams shouldn't bother with shareholders, just run the company like all other companies are run. Companies release earnings, they release pertinent information about the status of the company. He should run the company. What would make this group happy would be a stock that goes up when good things happen. Mr. Adams wants to keep his 51%, does he care that each of you "owners" gets to keep your percentage ownership? No!
